She asked very targeted and specific questions about what types of roles I would be interested in and applying to so that we could better set up my resume for different goals. This helped me have a few resume layouts that would be specific for different jobs I could apply to. It was also helpful to have her better pinpoint and discuss what I wanted, as I had a very vague resume and now it really encapsulates my value and what I can provide as a job candidate.
